- Sharon Best is the Managing Member of Best and de Vrieze, PLLC. Sharon has been practicing law in West Seattle for over 20 years. She has recently brought Heather de Vrieze, a long time associate in the office, into the practice as a Partner. Sharon focuses her practice on real estate matters, including review and/or preparation of purchase and sale agreements, preparation or modification of easements, adverse possession issues, and escrow matters. Best and de Vrieze has an active escrow branch. All escrows are supervised by an attorney who will assure accuracy in the preparation of documents and who can assist in resolving issues that may occur during an escrow. Surprisingly, the cost of our attorney supervised escrow is no greater than those of normal escrow companies and usually is less than the escrow fees charged by title insurance companies.
